Orange is one of the most famous fruit.It has a very good taste.Here we will come to know some healthy facts about Orange..!!!!
Orange is a citrus fruit,it contains Vit-C.
It also contains Proteins,Vit-A & Vit-B,Iron etc.
It protects us from harmful diseases.
Orange prevents us from kidney stones,it lowers cholesterol,prevents diabetes,arthritis,high blood pressure.
It also helps in maintaining a healthy skin.
It cures acne.
One can either drink it as a juice or have it as a whole,It depends.
If drinking it as a juice one should drink it immediately.

OBESITY one of the major conditions in todays world,be,it adults or children.
WHAT IS OBESITY?
Obesity is excess body FAT that may affect health.
Obesity is caused due to excess eating & no physical exercise at all.Eating junk,fast & oily food causes increase in weight which leads to obesity.Obesity causes Diabetes,High blood pressure,Cholesterol,Sleep apnea,Heart diseases & Osteoarthritis.One should reduce weight to avoid the above conditions.To reduce weight one should not have oily or fatty foods,one should exercise regularly to stay fit,instead of lift use the staircase,join a gym to reduce weight & do consult a doctor.
